MC&A Mediation
How
Is Arbitration Different?
Arbitration
is the voluntary submission of a dispute to an arbitrator (or panel)
for decision. We focus upon providing clients with the best possible
person or panel to decide their dispute. Arbitrators are required to
become intimately familiar with the disputants' claims, business
customs, and standard of care. The arbitrators employ simple rules
that govern how arbitration is initiated, the selection of an
arbitrator, the preparation, content, and filing of submissions, and
the communication of decisions. Participants thus have the security
of a predictable format and timetable with which to evaluate their
dispute resolution needs.
What
Is Case Evaluation?
Recognizing
that a foremost desire of many of their clients is to assess the
relative merits of a potential claim, Medical Consulting &
Analysis engages legal and industry specific experts to analyze each
case and provide an informed opinion with which to make decisions on
how to proceed.
