The equipment was put in gear and backed over the client diagonally
from left lower leg to right lower arm. He sustained multiple
fractures of the left leg, pelvis, ribs, and right wrist. After two
years of operations and therapy the client was left with permanent
erectile dysfunction and a fused right wrist.

Injury
Settlement: $225,000
While
attempting to hook a farm implement to the power take-off on the
rear of a tractor, the machine jumped into gear slamming the client
onto the concrete floor. Records related to repairs done on the
tractor prior to the clients purchase revealed numerous gearbox
problems, which were never conveyed to the client. His injuries
required two disk surgeries, the last involving the placement of
rods and screws for stability.
