A demand letter will be sent by the attorney to inform the
defendant and their insurance company of your intent to file suit if
a resolution cannot be achieved.

medical payment clause, which allows them to pay for medical
treatment prior to resolving the case. The appropriate information
will be sent to the insurer to facilitate payment. Medical
Consulting & Analysis monitors this process to assure coverage
is provided.

Next is generally a time of negotiation between the attorney
and the defendants insurance company. Often an acceptable
settlement is offered and the case ends here.

If it appears a satisfactory settlement is not in the
immediate future, plans are made for trial. Medical Consulting &
Analysis will participate in the interviews and depositions of the
treating physicians to assure the integrity of the case.
